ASSUNZIONE - DIVIETO DI INTERMEDIAZIONE E DI INTERPOSIZIONE (APPALTO DI MANO D'OPERA) Contratto di trasporto - Art. 29 d.lgs. n. 276 del 2003 - Applicabilità - Esclusione. Non si applica la tutela speciale prevista dall'art. 29 del d.lgs. n. 276 del 2003 al contratto di trasporto, non assimilabile all'appalto di servizi di trasporto.
